Return Policy

By purchasing from us, you automatically agree to the following return terms:

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition of Returns
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Original packaging must be intact.

Return Process & Fee
To initiate a return, please contact us at Trailbikegear@gmail.com. There is a $10 return processing fee for all returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus the $10 return fee.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
